This Privacy Policy applies to the public website at ez2fundsolutions.com operated by EZ2 Fund Solutions LLC (“EZ2,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It does not automatically govern a third-party funding provider, EZKredit AI, an external website, or a future secure application that presents its own notice.
2. Website readiness assessment
The current preliminary readiness assessment runs in your web browser. The answers you enter into that tool are used to calculate a result on your device and are not intentionally transmitted to EZ2 Fund Solutions or a funding provider by the assessment itself.
Do not enter Social Security numbers, tax identification numbers, bank credentials, account numbers, passwords, full credit reports, or other sensitive information into the public website assessment or send them through ordinary email.

Information you choose to send
If you email us, we receive the email address, content, attachments, and other information you choose to provide. Use email only for high-level inquiries unless a secure process has been provided.
If you submit the institutional partnership form, we receive the professional contact information, organization details, capital products, service geography, general eligibility criteria, referral preferences, compensation-model information, and other business information you choose to provide. Do not submit borrower information or confidential underwriting materials through that form.
Basic technical information
Our hosting, domain, security, or analytics providers may process standard technical information such as IP address, device or browser type, referring pages, requested pages, timestamps, and security events. The exact information depends on the services configured for the website.
Third-party websites
