EZ2 Fund Solutions LLC is not a lender, creditor, bank, financial institution, or funding provider. We do not originate loans, issue approvals, set rates, make credit decisions, or guarantee funding. All funding decisions are made solely by third-party funding providers.
3. No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice
Information provided through the platform is for informational and matching purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
4. No Guarantee
Any readiness scores, eligibility indicators, estimated ranges, or funding categories are non-binding and do not guarantee approval, terms, rates, or availability of funding.
5. User Accuracy and Responsibility
You agree to submit accurate, complete, and truthful information. EZ2 Fund Solutions LLC is not responsible for outcomes caused by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information provided by you.
6. Authorization to Analyze and Share Information
By submitting information, you authorize EZ2 Fund Solutions LLC to collect, analyze, process, organize, and share relevant information with third-party funding providers for the purpose of evaluating potential business-purpose funding opportunities.
7. Universal Application Package
The universal application and funding package are standardized intake tools designed to organize commonly requested lender information. Submission of these forms does not constitute a loan application with any specific lender unless and until a lender separately accepts or processes the information under its own requirements.
8. Third-Party Funding Providers
EZ2 Fund Solutions LLC may introduce or transmit information to third-party funding providers. We are not responsible for the actions, representations, approvals, denials, terms, fees, or servicing practices of third-party providers.
9. Compensation Disclosure
EZ2 Fund Solutions LLC may receive referral fees, commissions, or other compensation from third-party funding providers or partners. Such compensation does not guarantee user approval or dictate lender decisions.
10. Automated Systems and AI
You acknowledge that submitted data may be processed using automated systems, including artificial intelligence, to generate analysis, classifications, summaries, and matching outputs. Human review may be used where appropriate.
11. EZKredit Solutions
EZKredit Solutions is a separate platform operated by EZ2 Fund Solutions LLC and may provide financial profile improvement tools and resources. Services through EZKredit Solutions are distinct from funding matching services and may be subject to separate terms, conditions, and pricing. Participation does not guarantee future funding eligibility or approval.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZ2 Fund Solutions LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the platform, denial of funding, third-party lender actions, or data analysis results.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EZ2 Fund Solutions LLC from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, inaccurate information, misuse of services, or disputes with third-party funding providers.
14. Arbitration and Governing Law
Any dispute arising from use of this platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Arizona, unless prohibited by applicable law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
