1. EZ2 Fund Solutions is not a lender
EZ2 Fund Solutions LLC does not fund loans from its own balance sheet through this public website, does not make credit decisions, and does not guarantee access to a lender or financing provider.
2. Website assessments are educational
EZScore™, SmartPath™, and related website outputs use simplified logic and self-reported information to provide a preliminary planning view. They are not credit scores, underwriting decisions, approvals, denials, adverse-action notices, offers, or financial advice.
The current assessment runs locally in the browser and does not by itself submit your information to EZ2 Fund Solutions or a provider.
3. Provider review is independent
Any provider determines its own eligibility, documentation, underwriting, verification, pricing, rates, fees, repayment, guarantees, collateral, disclosures, and decisions. A preliminary path or discussion with EZ2 Fund Solutions does not mean that any provider will offer financing.
4. Compare total cost and obligations
Before accepting financing, review the amount you will actually receive, total amount you will repay, annualized or comparable cost information where available, payment amount and frequency, term, fees, personal guarantees, collateral, lien rights, default remedies, prepayment treatment, and impact on cash flow.
Some short-term or sales-based products may involve frequent payments and significantly higher cost than conventional financing. Speed should not replace suitability review.
5. Credit inquiries
The public website assessment does not request or access a credit report. If you later engage with a provider or another service, it may request authorization for a soft or hard credit inquiry under its own process. Review that authorization and the potential impact before proceeding.
6. Provider and partner participation
References to banks, credit unions, CDFIs, SBA-backed lending, fintech providers, equipment finance, alternative capital, or other categories describe the market or future platform direction. They do not claim that a particular organization participates in the EZ2 network unless specifically and verifiably disclosed.
Company names shown in a market-landscape banner are representative examples only. They are not displayed as sponsors, endorsers, affiliates, or members of the EZ2 referral network. EZ2 does not use third-party provider logos or official program badges without appropriate authorization.
EZ2 Fund Solutions may enter written referral-compensation arrangements with verified providers. If a material financial relationship applies to a provider presented to a business, it should be disclosed clearly near the referral or recommendation. Compensation does not guarantee suitability, approval, pricing, or favorable treatment and should not replace independent comparison.
EZ2 Fund Solutions is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the U.S. Small Business Administration merely because the website links to SBA resources or discusses SBA-backed financing.
7. No guaranteed results
We do not guarantee approval, funding amount, timing, rate, term, credit-score change, business outcome, or future readiness. Market conditions and provider criteria can change.
8. Brand and product terms
EZKore™, EZScore™, SmartPath™, PrimePath™, GrowthPath™, BridgePath™, RecoveryPath™, EZKredit AI™, EZKonneX™, and EZLend™ are brand or product-direction terms. Some capabilities described as future-state are under development and should not be interpreted as currently operational integrations or services.
